Founded by Ronnie Coleman in 2014, SoulQuest Church has always been about seeing lives changed.

Doing whatever it takes means we see life change. In Mark 2, the men brought in their friend to see Jesus. They did whatever it took. And Jesus did the life changing. We do whatever it takes, and Jesus is going to do the life changing. That's what we've been about from the beginning.

Pastor Ronnie

At the age of 16, Ronnie Coleman accepted Christ as his Savior and Lord. Ronnie, born in Nashville, TN, has served as pastor in churches in West Tennessee and Florida. When surrendered to God's call on his life to preach the Word, he sought after an education that would benefit him and the ministry ahead. Ronnie studied at Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA and received a B.A. in Religion from Union University in Jackson, TN. He continued his education at Trinity Theological Seminary where he received a Masters in Pastoral Ministries. Along with serving as a pastor, Ronnie has had the privilege of being the guest speaker for conferences, crusades, revivals, and rallies across the US and in foreign countries as an evangelist. He is passionate about church growth and evangelism. Ronnie is the founder and president of SoulQuest Ministries Inc. Through SQM, he preaches SoulQuest Events (Crusades, revivals, conferences, men's rallies, student rallies, etc.) all over the US and around the world. Ronnie also has the privilege of sharing his "Let's Talk" school assembly program (dealing with the dangers of alcohol, teen suicide and real success) in public and private middle and high schools. Ronnie is the Lead Pastor of SoulQuest Church in Jackson, TN. SoulQuest Church is doing whatever it takes to reach the un-churched, de-churched, and lost of Jackson, West Tennessee and the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ! Mark 2:1-12.

OUR STRUCTURE

We are a pastor/staff led church that is protected by our Board of Directors and outside accounting/bookkeeping firms.

We believe in accountability for all staff. Our accountability structure has multiple layers. Each staff member is accountable to the Executive Team, and each Executive Team member is accountable to the Lead Pastor. Our Lead Pastor is accountable to the Board of Directors which is made up of ordained men of God. The Board also sets our Senior Pastor’s salary.

Our Senior Pastor and Executive Team have recused themselves from the handling of contributions. Our bookkeepers, accountants, and payroll company are companies and contractors outside of our church to ensure objectivity and integrity in all things.
